Happy Hump day!
Went to bed last night and made some decaf coffee for a nighttime drink. Set up cofee for this morning also. Got up and got dressed before sitting with my birdies, and swept a little to clean the bird room.
I have food at work, but I grabbed more yogurt and some milk for today's coffee. I spread out my calories and planned for steak - I got the steak even though I didn't go to the gym but it wasn't too bad out of my totals. No shoveling today but I did yesterday instead of resting.
Took a dollar out of my purse to go for candy but then I felt guilty cuz I said I wouldn't! So instead I went and made myself a cappucino in the office machine and added a couple of sugar lumps. Then after work I went shopping and picked up barbecue mixed nuts to bring as snacks and already measured out a few containers for work.
Salad tomorrow and Friday - not sure why I haven't had it yet. I mixed some tuna with a little pickle juice and tomorrow I'll mix in the avocado I have and some lime juice too.
