This is the chocolate avocado ice cream recipe that I use. The source is runningtothekitchen.com. Only once have I served it in a coconut shell like this. Impressive, yes. Too much work, also yes. There are are a bunch of similar Recipess on the net for ice cream but also for various versions of chocolate avocado malts. Everyone likes them. No complaints so far.
