sometimes I actually do believe this! BUT - if you're fat your heart is working harder so speeding it up to lose the fat is helping it beat less in the long run!

Hahaha. Funny! I do take naps often! I all them 10 minute power naps. They are a great boost!!

Just sent this to both my kids in a text because they have sooooo many Asian friends. My son texts back to me and says “Dr. Sum Ting Wong.” All in good fun. He will live in Japan someday! We are so proud of him!
