after seeing poverty like IV never been exposed to here in Aus over Xmas, bland nutritionally high food is easier to eat then ever. it comes down to a simple question, do you want to enjoy food. I just don't want to enjoy food anymore, eating is just something that has to get done 4-5 times a day lmao

Plenty of nutrition in pizza and kids cereal. Fortified just like a protein bar or powder. Those foods are also processed, BTW.

1) I'm not big lol 2)I don't really eat protein bars if I can help it, whey protein powder is processed you are right.... You have to get up pretty early to get one past Diablo 🤣 3) pizza definitely is not nutritional food haha.

It has plenty of vitamins. Even more with the right toppings. Much more nutritious than some vegetables. You can get a lot past a novice like you.

Cereal is awesome.... But I dare say I wouldn't like what you eat as I would imagine sugar content is through roof. Weetbix is my staple breakfast. 97% Weet and only 3.3g of sugar per 100g. Superfood
