Greetings, my Fanatical Followers!

I'm doing pretty well...been able to use my arms a little the last two times at Orange Theory - on the elliptical and have rowed gently on the rowing machine, too. It will be a while before I can use any weights - even light ones - but I am getting there!

My nutrition plan has been reasonable - currently eating a few more carbs than usual but I am experimenting with my level of carb tolerance to see the level at which I can still continue to lose on the Idiot Box. And staying aware of CICO, too.

Trying to make cauliflower fried rice for dinner - using Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce to save on the sodium count!

Goal Calories: 1150/1175 or less, and carbs under 25 total grams most days though let's see if I am still losing when under 50 total grams!

Macros: 55-65%/30-40%/5-10%

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals: 2019
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle after surgery-log weekly
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer May/June 2019
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2019
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%) by summer 2019
*Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Baby steps ... don't push yourself too hard on those machines. I think this is a good experiment with the carbs. I have been thinking I stayed in ketosis eating 30 net carbs but wondered if I could do 50g net also. Can't wait to hear how this turns out for you.
