Did you know? Portion sizes offered by fast food type eateries are 2-5 times bigger than they were in 2001. The American Heart Association, the American Diebetic Association, and the Department of Health and Human Services have been fighting this issue all this time. In that time period, childhood obesity has increased three fold and adult obesity has double. Scary.
