So far I have enjoyed egg with pepper and chorizo, and baked chicken with vegetables from my keto-inspired menu. I shopped again today because I had some coupons to cash in or they would have expired. This time I got salad kits and the low-fat tv-dinners. This will give me no excuses due to time and more veggies. I have my menu and sticking to it. Got to get rid of more cookies which I will do tomorrow at the dance. I love cookies. Planned ahead for the next few days, but I know me, I won't stick to what I listed but I have had some pep talks from here and from my real life so starting to get motivated to get it together. I am using my eye surgery as my exercise excuse. I made a plan to go to the gym with my gym buddy Wednesday. Feeling a little discouraged all around for my house, and work, and health/weight. I know it's because my daughter hasn't been out to clean and I am feeling like I am not getting anywhere. Working on making spicy stuff to keep the food interesting. Looking forward to breakfast with chorizo. I am betting the saltiness will make me drink more water tomorrow too! Hope you had a good weekend!
