Nope, just lifting while keeping the calories high. The veins are getting crazy. 💪

Also, the chest and shoulder striations are really standing out. I'll have to attempt to get a pic of that soon ish.

the veins popping are an indicator you are losing BF% the lower it gets the more prominent they will be

Yep, and it's interesting that it's still ocurring as I maintain my weight. I suspect it will slow soon and I'll have to lower calories a bit more. For now I will keep riding the recomposition train.

You can lower body fat and put weight on at same time if you work hard enough at it. It's not fun but I only do if you only do it for afew weeks at a time it won't totally demoralise you hahahahah

I've been doing it since the summer. I was in the 170's at one point, mid to higher 180's now and I look a lot leaner. Still sane, I think..
