Ever hear something that you already know, but it is said in such a way that it hits you like a ton of bricks? Yesterday, one of my best buds stated (after having an amazing weigh in) that all we have to do to lose weight is to "stay on plan".
How simple! How true! If I want to lose weight here is a sure fire way to do it - Stay On Plan! So instead of focusing on ways why I can't stay on plan, or offering excuses after the fact, I need to just do it.
Today I am thankful for having read GG's journal.
