1st day of Core Training, did not overwork my muscles. Hot tub exercises help with flexibility and pain management yoga with Miranda Esmond-White is helping with knee, hip & back pain. I am able to move faster and longer. Meditation is helping with the care of my mind and spirit as I change my entire life-long eating habits.
The craving is diminished to quite an extent now. P.
