I am punishing myself. I went on a shopping trip last night with BF and deliberately did not buy anything. Since I have not lost enough weight to wear 10's I cannot have any new clothes.
When I am good I can have a treat. When I am bad I get nothing.
Today I am thankful that I have plenty of 12's so I do not have to come to work naked.

The good news is that some of those 10's will be on sale when you're ready to buy them PLUS....by waiting, you'll know if you really love the items. BTW....you're not "bad" you're just "in progress"!

LOL -- no punishing allowed. Not treating ones self isn't necessarily a punishment. You know the truth is I didn't stay in 10's long so maybe you'll bypass them and head straight to 8's. Oh, and naked doesn't fly at MOST jobs -- thankfully :)

Buff... are you calorie counting now and not low carbing? My calories are just that low BECAUSE I am low carbing. I love food. I like to eat. I am not deprived though. I eat well. :)

LOL what triaby said..but your so right to wait..I did the same thing and when I could buy the smaller sizes I got rid of the bigger so I didn't have any thing to fall back on..so I have to stay with in that size for awhile..as I refuse to buy bigger ones...You can do this Buffy..I am very sure...:O)

Mom - Will try to keep this simple. There is little difference between low glycemic and low carb, except I don't have to count the carbs. But I found I need to count calories because, when I don't, I'll eat lots of cheese, salad dressings, etc. and I won't lose weight (even if I keep my carbs under 20).
