No but if eating sesame oil will control blood pressure and cause weight loss wouldn’t that be the coolest?! Because it tastes good too.

I looked a the research. They sort of just tested one oil. So we do not know if other oils would have given the same results. I like this oil. It is not a cooking one but I like it to give taste. What do you want to do with yours?

Usually I would just use black sesame oil for flavor too. But after reading this I’m using it for everything right now. It’s not the only thing I’m doing so who knows but all my food tastes good! They use it to make tempura in Japan so it’s cooking safe I think. Expensive tho.
