Greetings my Fierce Followers!

I found a couple new items at my local grocery - riced cauliflower, of course not new, but new to me is butternut squash noodles! SO much more tasty than zucchini noodles.

I just made a really yummy dinner with ground turkey, garlic, red peppers, red onions, and squash noodles all stir-fry in olive oil with a few spices!

That sounds yummy. I wonder if my old curly fry maker will work to make them. It's out in my garage somewhere.

I can get the cauli-rice at Walmart but hopefully they will come up with the butternut squash noodles. I can make my own but Micky won't eat them, I am sure. I can see him now squishing his nose up at the idea of it. He loves pasta. Still... he can try them. Ha Ha! I like your finds! I saw on the news last night the snow storm in Minnesota. How is it where you are now?

They have butternut squash noodles at the Walmart here. They have them in the freezer section. So maybe y'all might find them there.

Oh thank you lettygaylor. I will look. Walmart is stepping up their game, aren't they?

Walmart is, I seem to be finding more and more items that I would buy. I love their Sam's organic veggie broth. I have a neighborhood Walmart grocer near my home so it has become a go to store when I need something quickly and don't choose to drive longer ways to get it. I've been disappointed in a local grocer chain here as they have no whole grain or organic alternatives except in their "affluent" neighborhoods.

I found the butternut squash spirals but its Green Giant. I heard rumors their veggies come out of China and packaged here. I found an Italian carrot and zucchini from Italy ... bought that. HaHa!
