110 shower squats!!! 🦵🏻💪 🚿 big deal for me because I started at 15 due to bad back and fatigue ( fibromyalgia, metabolism down from 8-9 years of prednisone which caused extreme weight gain and herniated discs) why shower squats??? So I can 🧼 my sweaty ass self😂😂😂😉

What in the world is a shower squat? My shower is too small to squat in...so, it must be something different than I'm picturing.
