Has anyone else read research on brain health and eating salads?! I’m really using it to motivate breakfast salad this past two weeks.

I love veggies in the morning and have been incorporating them often since reading Tony Robbins' years ago. You really can't enough too many non-starchy veggies for about a million reasons. That looks great.

the breakfast looks absolutely wonderful. I do have a question though. Those muffins they look like they're what bran muffins. Did you make them yourself? And if you did can you share the recipe?

Apparently the people who eat salads have brains that are ten years younger by their fifties. Brain health—it can only be a good thing right?

Thank you all for supporting. Those are—alas those are just plain English muffins from Aldi. With a tiny switch this would be great low-carb fare.
