back on track after Christmas. Gained 11 pounds, have fasted off 9lbs with bone broth soup. Working on low carb, 2/3 vegetarian (nuts, seeds, chic peas) 1/3 lacto ovo, yoghurt, cheese, and more Beef Bone broth.
