Paparika seasoning...good Sunday morning...for some reason it no longer agrees with tummy...been staying off it..feeling fine..this morning..one last try...out it goes...had to cut ride short..tummy hurting...o well...had planned a short ride anyways...

Suppose to start raining tonight..and tomorrow as well...I’m headed to Walmart tomorrow...looks like I’ll be trying to dodge rain..

Not much else new...cold again today..hard frost last night..roofs and ground was white..but suns out now...if only it was warm outside...guess it is..if you layer up..here I sit in bib riding shorts...getting my journal done..soon to change into sweats...

Welp...another journal...time to change..do things I put off today cause of the early ride...
