Just a reminder note to everyone here on a weight loss or maintenance journey that there is a new class of alternative sweeteners out— it is called ALLULOSE. It has no impact on blood sugars unlike some artificial sweeteners and will not negatively impact Keto people. It has no aftertaste. Very slightly less sweet than sugar but still used 1:1. Comes as a liquid and granular. Unlike many other artificial sweeteners, Allulose will brown baked goods. Amazon carries it now but it is not cheap. I haven’t looked for it in stores yet— after the Hollidays. It will be used in all food types, including sodas. Do a little research and see if this might be right for your diet. the packaging I think will say that is has 1 cal. Per tsp. But that is an indigestible carb and is eliminated from the body. Anyway, do your own homework and see what you think.
