Yes, so much food. The impressive thing about this weight gain is that I have been averaging 3800 calories and 500 carbs before this so I can't imagine the gain if I was on low calories and low carb. Probably a good 20+ pounds in that scenario.

That’s a big gain. But in the world of power weight lifting and being aware of what you eat... it’s not that crazy. My sister is a total cross fit addict and meal prepper and she can fluctuate 10lbs (or more) in one day!!! 😱

Crossfit is on the cards next year I reckon. Might do the F45 in morning and Crossfit in arvos.

Crossfit, that will be cool. Keilin, el chisme. Hahahaha! Yes, mammamc7, this is just a normal cheat weekend for us, I just haven't had one in a while. Best to avoid doing them too often. That's how you spin your wheels.
