Dinner again was the great American short story.— just gives a general idea. 2 Christmas “eat outs “ down and two to go for this week.

Lunch was Marie Callender’s— 1 cup of their chili and 1/4 of a piece of cornbread. No butter. Water to drink, no dessert. lunch with 17 good friends that I used to work with.

Dinner was a salad and 2 homemade red chili beef tamales that I bought from a lady at my gym a couple weeks ago. The BEST I have ever had. The masa was light, fluffy with amazing flavor. The sauce was tomatillo based— my own creation and it was so good. And— an 8 oz. mini coke. Full not stuffed. Because of the two Mexican meals (one resturaunt food) the sodium content IS probably pretty accurate.
