People are prob tired of the pics but I wanted this on record on my journal. I actually found a shirtless pic from August 7th. Too much cardio was causing the skinny fat look(for me at least). 180 in the first pic Vs. 187.6 in the after going by the closest weigh-ins I posted.

august 7th vs. Nov. 25th. Gained muscle and lost fat. Lifting, using a recumbent bike at work and running 8-12 miles vs. Lifting and using the recumbent bike at work. Cardio is good but too much can have negative effects.

Flexible dieting used. I keep an eye on protein have plenty of fruit but otherwise, I don't restrict what I eat just how much. CICO

Still a work in progress. Looking forward to making the after here look worse than the before. :)

Naw, I'm not ripped, that's fat. Lol, just wait till I am ripped. Heaviest weight is about 225 pounds or about 102.5 kilos.

I guess if it only looks like skin, I carry the two handfuls of fat well. My genes cause me to hold a large amount of remaining fat on the lower stomach, I guess. Sadly, this is the leanest I've been so IDK how my stomach will look in the coming months.

And men say women are hard to please! I’d be very happy with your build! Of course those arms on little short me may look quite odd hehe. But I do understand. There are some areas that are just frustrating! My inner thighs won’t lose no matter what I do! I’ve started 10 squats every time I pass a doorway lol. Not helping the fat at all. Lowering calories didn’t help. 2 hours of cardio and 1 1/2 hours of lifting a week didn’t help and I don’t have time for even that right now. I think I’ll just have to get super skinny first then build muscle back 😭. Oddly enough I’m happy with my lumpy tummy and small love handles now. Way better than before but not near my goal and I’m still okay with them if they never get smaller. You’ll get the tummy area close to where you want I’m sure. I have a feeling that you are a perfectionist though 😉

So these results were after these monthly calorie averages: august 3372 september 2823 october 3602 november 3268 I guess maybe my metabolism isn't shot since 2016(dumb weight loss challenge). Those are pretty good numbers for a recomp.

Peeper, you're beating yourself up the same way I do, haha. You're doing amazing at 125 pounds give or take, right? That's so great! And yes, I am a perfectionist when it comes to body composition. :)

Lol ok so I guess I do. I’ve been accused of being a perfectionist many times and I’m doing my best to let that go but it’s harder than dieting! I’m about 126 and doing well there. Still want 120 and really want 110 just once so I can tease my oldest. She’s 1/4” taller than me now so I told her I’d get 1/4# lighter than her haha. She was 111 a week or so ago and building muscle all the time. 115 may be below her soon. After that then I just want to look good and get some off the thighs. I may not be completely happy but I can be satisfied with a little more work. I gave up being stronger than her so when she teases me I just remind her that I’m older and if she wasn’t stronger than me with 2-3 hours of sports a day then there would be an issue lol.

Thanks and I don’t really think my 34# is that big of a deal. You and others have had huge transformations! I don’t know any of you in person but I feel like I know you all from this app. I’m proud of your accomplishments and grateful for all the help you and others have given me! 😁 (pretty sure you were the one who told me my meals of chicken when I joined back in March/April were flavorless and disgusting lol. Thankful for that too because I started thinking about it a few months ago and changed up my meals. More balanced protein options now and not as frustrated with food. Was that you? 🤔😉)

Well I am just gonna day that August 7th is a really good day... that’s my bday!! 😛 But your body transformations are incredible... both look great, but one better than the other obvi. Keep it up, I always wanna get buff but having a giant 3inch gap of my abs makes things harder 😔

Oops nope wasn’t you! Finally found that post from April 2nd. It was someone named Davis, so sorry! Been looking for that post for like two months haha. It may have been a mean comment but didn’t bother me. I’m the one who has to eat my food so who cares if anyone likes it but me. Hubby is gonna try Keto it seems. I may have to send him to you for some advice lol. Advice against it that is. Yes I’m busy but I know I could do more. I’d rather spend that time napping, reading or catching up with a friend right now. However once everything is caught up I may start ditching some practices and going to the gym during that hour. I saw that we have a planet fitness so may try that out some day. I’ve driven by it several times lately and I always think of you lol.
