“Thanksgivingl” dinner with my girlfriends.. I did the turkey and made the best pumpkin pie recipe I have ever come across. A slightly lighter version. Recipe came from the Web MD site years ago. It is called light, easy pumpkin custard pie. Everyone I have ever served it to has made it their go to recipe as well. Anyway. 3 of the 5 of us are cookers, one was “on call” for the hospital so she was exempt and the 5th one does not cook so she does the dishes. Works out good. No calorie audit or count for this meal. With my WOE it was just another meal and tomorrow I will resume my normal eating pattern..
