Woke at 231.2, up 5.0 from yesterday. As expected after a 4500 calorie, 614 carb day. Following the 4-Hour Body slow carb diet plan to see how it goes. Back to the plan today. UPDATE: Movies and snacking, but keeping it under control. Sugar free chocolate pudding had more carbs than I wanted. Finished the lentils and downed more crack chicken. Up to 1800 calories and dinner isn't served yet! UPDATE: Ate food from the local kebab place. Ended the day pretty high on calories and carbs. Weighed 234.2 before dinner.

Ha! My record 4500 calorie meal was years ago at Cheesecake Factory! I think I logged it.

Good job Drag! I only gained 3lbs yesterday ,but I also had 2lbs from the day before, and 2lbs from the day before that... so I still have you beat! Haha Anyway... I hit the gym this morning, and about to go on a 7 mile run. No solid food for me today... Onward!

Oh well I ate half of that .. 2150 calories but was under 100 net ... so aren't I a smarty pants?! I am up 2 pounds from 5 days ago. Hope this feast day will shock the body and show some nice lower weights. Back to the plan ... eating a turkey sammy on low carb pita bread.
