Man I am totally lagging in the whole journal entry thing|!!
I have been so absolutely busy and focused with other things. Not that I forget to write my food down.. I do that in my book, and then try and catch my food diary up on here. The main thing is I'm doing it.
Big changes on the horizon and I have to say some back biting people around me (not friends of fatsecret). Bad Karma, Bad Vibes big time! I'm trying so hard to keep mello and positive while still moving forward to other things. Sorry if it sounds a bit shady here but I just don't want to say things right out in my journal. Let's just say it's been a bit tough but I'm good with the whole thing and will come out of this in a better place.
Feeling good about my accomplishments in my weight loss. It may be slow and steady but it is what it is and I'm good with that to.
I think about my buddies on here and feel a tad guilty I haven't been about or had much time. I hope they (you) all know that I do think of you and try to have a gander at your profiles when I'm on here.
