How is it that your fat-free body weight is less than mine? We must be on opposite ends of the chart! I am only 5'4" tall, but my fat-free body weight is 116#. I do have a bit of muscle already in place. They used to call people like me "big-boned" and growing up on a ranch, I put on muscle early. A lot of that muscle is still there. Even sick, I can still throw around 50# bags of feed. It just costs me, now.

Murph...I’m still learning myself..guess I got more flab...then I thought...but that’s fine...winter time...means more lifting light weights inside..kettlebell workouts start later today

Wannabe, nice scale that should help out alot..you'll be a better judge now where your at and how you need to go.
As you know l got cleared for swimming that will help my recovery doing water aerobics and the only thing that is slow is the VA way of thinking..me l like to move all this at a faster pace..l just don't tell them that...hahaha but I'm being careful My Friend.

The Tanita stops at 50 for the metabolic age. It's kind to me. Ha Ha! You have 3 things on yours I don't have. Protein, fat-free body weight, and skeletal muscle.
