I have reached a point where I feel I am very thin,yesterday morning I was getting ready to go to the store and I had to change my clothes twice because the first one I choosed was too loose, most of my S shirts are too loose (I want to feel good with clothes on and without it, Iwant to be sexy 😐). According to my stature my weight is fine, my BF 19% probably, I still want to lose body fat but I would like to keep this size, I do not want to wear teenager clothes, I am a woman of almost 30 years. It's hard to be a petite person. 🙁 But here is the problem: I do not know how to mentally prepare myself to keep my weight or gain muscles slowly 😞

You have already taken the first step. Find an exercise program you can follow and work on different muscle groups. Love the YouTube videos Chrisw77 recommended. When I was really tiny, I would have special outfits altered to fit properly. Buying basics in juniors is no big deal; just keep them neutral, so you don't look 15. Then add your own special flare with accessories.

try the calorie calculator... it will tell you exactly how many calories you need to have to keep your current weight. Congratulations in reaching to your equilibrium weight :)

Find a program you like enough to use long enough or longer, and think "nutrition" more than "calories". Then, keep tabs on your inches. My wife wears petite size clothing and looked professional before retirement, and still cleans up real nice!

Thank you guys ❤❤, I am glad to finally reach that size where I feel comfortable with, I was a little scared to never be satisfied with my body size, now I know that I don't want to get skinnier, I have to exchange my body fat for muscle, but gain weight also scares me , I will start with finding my maintenance first.

Hi Keilin! You mentioned you want to gain muscle but you don’t want to gain weight. Muscle does weigh more than fat so don’t panic if you’re bulking up a little and you end up gaining weight. 🙂

Yes I’m ideally ok at 100 lbs cause of my height but I’m a grown women with 2 kids. I do not feel comfortable being teenage thin

Thank you Rosio and Becca! ❤❤ I really love my body with curves, I was trying to lose more weight to get rid of my stubborn belly , I did lose a bit of belly these last two weeks, but I don't want to get skinnier because I don't feel good with clothes on ( whay too skinny), specially with the holidays with family, they have been telling me that I am too skinny 🙄 , I still can grab my belly fat with my whole hand but I will have to gain a little more muscles before lose weight again

Put yourself on a C l C O plan for the weight you want to be at and log in everyday and on a sheet of paper log in your weight daily at the same time everyday and next to that your cals.for the day oh and date it.Then you can fast check your weight highs and lows as the days go by and adjust your cals.up or done to stay at your desired weight while your on your maintenance program and a tone skinny has a really nice look..oh ya and in time your body fat will drop off in stages in. Congratulations on your accomplishments from here its all icecream""not literally"" hahaha
