The above quote is so very true for me. That is why I appreciate tools that emphasize positive thinking, like the Thankfulness Diary. So today, I am thankful for the Thankfulness Diary - wow, that's a mouthful!
Also, I just joined the "Positive Attitude Challenge". Fall and winter are especially hard on me, so I'm trying to head into the fray emotionally well armed (Thanks Mom2Boxers).
