Logging today definitely kept me from eating even more. I can only imagine how many calories I've been eating for the past several weeks. It shows in my weight gain. Why does food have to taste so good? Sigh...

yep, I log everything, the good, bad, ugly, and embarrassing stuff too. Only way to know what works and what doesn't.

You get used to it eventually... I don't log everything, and I eyeball some things. So far my half assed approach has also worked. :)
