The tortillas are good too. I grew up "eating the real thing" but with my new lifestyle I like to save calories haha, 50 calories each one, the flavor is not too bad

Adefwebserver I don't have problem eating this low calorie food the whole week, I find it really delicious, my problem is the hershey's milk chocolate, I have been eating way too much this week, I do love sweets😀😋. Next week I will do better, this week was hard for me 😐

I have been eating even when my stomach is hurting for excess of food, stress maybe 😞

I used to be that way. Planning my menu ahead of time helped me with that. I found I could stick to a plan as long as the plan planned treats. :)

LZenn me too, I have a great plan that includes to diet only two days of the week, if I do that I can eat all the treats I want but I have not been following my plan. And that makes me stressed.

Is that a carrot in your taco? 🧐 It’s very close to impossible for me to control myself with chocolate 🙏🏻 I hope you can take control of your chocolate cravings starting tomorrow!

Thank you girls, and yes a few baby carrots, I did great today with my 5:2 diet🙏 and one hour of exercise( well, most of my calories where from donuts haha) but I had a big low calorie dinner, Thursday is the second day. The other days I am going to have big meals. 🤗

I weigh my salad in grams,(I eat 300 to 400 grams each day) so I don't eat too many carrots because they are heavy 😂😂
