Woke at 221.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. Not a good result after a weekend, which I usually use to drop some pounds! Actually ate more during the day and all day then I normally do. Need to get back to OMAD! UPDATE: Ate a salad at work, but still came home at 220.6, lower than waking. Definitely getting hungry at lunch after adding stuff to my coffee in the morning. But also a bit of stress eating. Had a great roast beef and cheddar wrap for dinner. Hitting carb targets (mostly) but going way over on my (decidedly low) calorie target. Halfway through the month and not doing well on my monthly target. It's weigh in day and it won't look good.
