Woke at 224.6, up 2.4 from yesterday after a large meal last night at a Brazilian steak house. Fasted until 1:00 pm and then ate a 'crack chicken' wrap and a piece of summer sausage. Moving a lot of water so let's see if we can get near the 'teens by tonight. UPDATE: Not quite the 'teens, but got back to 220.4 before dinner. Ate half a roasted chicken for crazy high protein.
