Well if I keep up the high calorie foods it looks like I’ll finally reach maintenance this week 😳😬. I’m not liking the thought of possibly gaining or at the very least not losing something. However this is where my dr wanted me this week so guess I’m following one of his rules hehe. However I’m also not working out 3 times a week right now therefore my maintenance is probably closer to the 1500 I told him rather than the 1700 it normally would be. I’ll just call this week a little experiment because I’ve been so hungry! As hungry as I was when I went from 2000+ down to 1200! So... 630 kcal in pizza to get rid of it or make some hamburger patties...? Both sound delicious and I’m still hungry despite just finishing some coffee and a protein bar 😳. Normally it takes the edge off if not fill me up but today nope, I want something else.

I would go with the hamburger, but that's me. It's hard to eat a lot of good calories. By good, I mean non-processed food. Hope the numbers work for you. 😊

I really wish when you put in a daily goal the RDI changed on your diary. I didn't like looking at it saying I was so far over /under

yep hamburger sounds good and add a slice of cheese if you enjoy it.

Well I ended up with pizza but at 3pm instead of lunch. I laid down for a short nap that turned into almost 5 hours 😳. Had 15 minutes to grab something. Now I just feel off. Know it’s nkt the food but rather the nap. Also needed the sleep or I wouldn’t have slept so long. Headache, congestion, brain fog, nausea, stomach cramping and irritable. If I didn’t know better I’d say the rain was moving in and I’m getting a stomach virus. Too early for the virus and the rain is supposed to be later this weekend. Leftovers for the family while I do my best to keep my lunch down lol. Hubby is supposed to cook on weekends but we should be gone for 2 meals. I’ll see if he will make burger or I’ll make it. Sounds so good and would’ve made it for dinner if I felt better.

I ended up sick. The reason is tmi so I won’t share ;). But I ended up not eating anything else and only sipped water so I’m severely dehydrated this morning. 😳 Sipping hot tea and will have a protein bar. Feeling okay now but don’t want to take a chance that I’m wrong and it was really a virus so it’s light eating and drinking for now.

Would love to! However the middle has a party tonight and we still have to go get a present. Fundraising stuff came in and we are supposed to deliver it by end of next week. My family is 2 hours round trip so it needs to get done this weekend. Basketball practice starts Sunday and we have a Sundae thing at the Y before that. Family goes to church so... either we deliver today in the next 6 hours, tomorrow before 9am or tomorrow after 6pm (home well after kids bedtimes). It’s days like today that I wish I had a nanny or a personal assistant lol.
