Woke at 216.6, up 3.4 from yesterday. I could not get enough to drink last night and had four cans of sparkling water plus another 24 ounce cup. I also ate some Brazil nuts after midnight. A lot of that is still with me. UPDATE: Had coconut oil, MCT oil, collagen, and unsweetened cocoa in coffee for breakfast and then had a nice Cobb salad for lunch. Came in the door at 215.6 after work. Ate a light supper of celery and peanut butter to stay under my new calorie and carb goal. 100 percent on track after two days of the month! Only 29 more to go!
