Maintenance is a funny place to be. There’s not a lot of motivation for achieving a goal, there’s no “go hard” there’s just....being. No on again off again, no wagon, no excitement of anticipation in trying new diets (cause diets don’t work) it’s all very... Just Life. There’s the occasional check in, makeing sure I get enough proteins considering my tendency to eat more vegetarian food well, “Flexitarian “ if I need any label. All food is good food as long as you’re not deathly allergic. Eat the food, lift the things, love yourself now. And realize how fucking boring weight maintenance actually is 😄 after a 77kg weightloss, maintaining within a 5kg window now for over a year Is just... amazingly average in the sense of accomplishment compared to the high of losing!.
