A younger friend of mine made these today. She does a pretty healthy version of Keto. Lost 50 pounds in 10 weeks- no sweat. She has learned to make some pretty awesome food that I have since made just because it’s so good and isn’t that far off from my preferred way of eating. Give these a try.
