Woke at 218.0, down 5.4 from yesterday after day one of a three-day water fast. Drank one cup of black coffee this morning but will drink water only for the rest of the day. UPDATE: Weighed in at 5 pm and got to 216.8. Took a blood ketone reading and was surprised to find I was only at .8 mm. Still in ketosis, but I expected 1.5 or something. No matter. On we go.

Great job! Looking ahead, I am one day past my fast, so far I am down a pound, because other than the low carb pizza last night I am 'low carbing' it today. Let's see what my weight is tomorrow. If I can 'hold' the 3 pound loss from my fast this past week I will be very happy :) Hoping the same for you :)
