Woke at 218.8, down 5.4 from yesterday as I moved a ton of water out all day long. Was supposed to go to a racing event today but it was rained out. Am I wrong for being happy I can stay home to flush out more water? Got too much work to do, anyway. Have a great Sunday! UPDATE: Fasted through lunch and got pretty hungry by dinner time. Denise made crack chicken and Mediterranean beef as meal prep for tonight and the week. I enjoyed about 200 grams of each and I'm stuffed! Weighed in at 216.6 before dinner, so I lost a lot more water. Back to the workweek tomorrow.
