Good things happen when you quit running so much. Looks like I'm gaining weight instead of losing.

Thanks! Yeah, a week or so. I was just constantly depleted. A low carb diet would do similar things. That's why I like to keep them around 50% of my intake.

Arms yeah. How many years to get a thick f’in chest like that bro? Bet More work....

You're right, 60pack. The arms are just a byproduct of the core. They come with the territory. If you're lifting heavy and eating well enough to gain size, they will grow. Isolation helps fill them out a bit more but I've never seen someone with a big chest and back that didn't have sizeable arms too. They still are lacking compared to my chest and arms but at the right angle they can look big, lol.

I'll have to flex the traps next time, Chris. I think they're still there.

Yeah, I just don't think many find the flexed traps attractive but I'll do it for you. lol

If it's what I think it is, I don't have that kind of control. It takes practice lol

Looking healthy. I've had to lay off the heavy weight lately due to sore joints. Today is chest day and not looking forward to it. Keep up the good work and keep posting those pics for motivation.

It’s really hard for me to exercise, with my kids, husband and work 😴 I could always have an excuse of why not to. But ur pics remind me to do it, cause I want to look good 😅

Tom, Texas and Rosio, thanks a lot. It means so much. I'll keep it up, it also helps motivate me to stay on top of my nutrition and workouts cause I don't want to let anyone down. Chris watching my weigh ins like a hawk also keeps me on the straight and narrow lol!
