Doing surprisingly well considering there was a Greek festival in town! Went to the festival with 3 of my neighbors and bought 3 plates of food and nibbled a little of this and a little of that, will have the rest measured out for lunches. So delicious! Homemade moussaka for breakfast was amazing.
Figured out that if I get to 135 there is a good chance that I will be hitting 20% body fat so mentally adjusting my goal as 135 but not changing fatsecret quite yet.
Currently at 162 and 34% body fat - which translates to 56 pounds of fat. If I can lose fat while maintaining or adding muscle etc. I should be good at 135.
Made progress over the weekend with the house: gave away a chair and footrest. This means I can set up my living room this week. Also bought some new dishes, and after taking out all the chipped ones, replaced a couple of partial sets and threw out the chipped ones. Yes, I took about a tenth of the set and put them in the trash last night, pick up is today. Moving on!
Happy Monday to you all! Best wishes for a great week!
