Ahh, Saturday! Last two nights, dancing was great as usual!!! According to my fitbit I burned an average of 1750 calories per day this week. Today is much cooler than last week, time to mow my lawn. Also still working on the food in my fridge - although I don't know if zucchini cinnamon pie is technically a diet food. Sounds like a great recipe though. I made shredded zucchini soy scramble with green beans and bacon - 3 servings Will make spinach impossible pie with biscuit mix and a little bit of cheddar herb cheese - I think that will be 2 servings. Then I found granola and I have fruit to go with that - 3 servings? So technically I have meals for the next 3 days. Then: chicken marinated in bbq sauce, rice with kale and str-fry veggies will be 3 more, breakfasts will be smoothies with chia, lemon juice, blueberries, raspberries and oats. Not sure what I am going to do for lunches, but I do have canned beans, tuna, and salmon so I might make something out of those. Oh, and I have lentils and tikka masala in those microwavable pouches. I might not have to shop until next week. Happy weekend! Been busy, nobody called me today so I have been sorting stuff and cleaning my kitchen with some outside weeding and shrub trimming.
