Good morning, fs!

I just typed a whole thing but lost it. Grr. Here are high points:

* Gorgeous crisp day here. Yay!
* Appreciate ppls comments from yesterday!
* Put double t25 off until today. Will do it today.
* My lower back/upper tush hurts.
* Tomorrow is annual fundraiser for my dog's rescue org. Hoping it will be more enjoyable and less grueling than last year.

Sorry about that back and tush - hope it feels better soon - enjoy the cool weather and the doggies and here's to raising a lot of money for them!

Having done T25, P90X, P90X2.... my advice is to not hurt yourself - like I did to my over 50 self. if you get injured you'll have to go low carb and I think that's not something you want to do. Young kids can power through things but over 40, you should let your body and joints recover before heavy exercise or at least modify heavily.
