I have to admit I'm a bit concerned if I'm going to lose anything and I may even have gained. I cheated like a Banshee 2 days ago so I'm adding high calorie items like chocolate to my food diary to reflect the calories that I beleive I had.
Besides I feel Puffy!! and sore!! Yeah I know!!..I'm having a "moment"!
Lordy Be..I can only do my best from now until I weigh in.
I know Sundays are my cheatey kinda day so I rarely fill in my food on Sundays..even if I follow my eating plan.
Sooooooooo I will not be hard on myself and just face the facts when the time arrives on the weekend for my weigh.
Being Good to Myself!!
Oh and new neighbors in the apartment below me.. Only one day in and so far they seem quiet. I wonder if management gave them the heads up that I work midnights and sleep daytime. I still slap on my eye thingy's and my earplugs..turn on the fan (because it's hotter than Hell here) and sleep as best as I can.
Ok I'm outta here!
