-Diablo's Journal, 29 Aug 18

I'm too critical of myself for a front shot so this will have to do. A dark side shot. Only lost 3-4 pounds in the last month but I was training for an obstacle course so I was averaging 3.5k calories with an average of 450 carbs, 140 protein, and 120 fat grams. I have dropped to about 3k calories a day now and I'll see how the next month goes. I'll have to pay more attention to the protein as well since with reduced calories it will be harder to get a good amount without trying.

5'9" 181.8 pounds today. I was about 185 in late July. Each pound is really noticeable. Loving the process. I post pics to keep me on track and motivated to push harder so if they offend you scroll on.

Excuse the clutter on the walls. The guys I work with are...interesting.

I'm super offended... that I cannot see what sort of beach pic is on the wall. God I'm hoping it's someone in a mankini... that would have made my day. :) You look great, dude, you worked seriously hard for what you got on show there... stop being critical. :)

you look great, if you're losing any weight i'd hope it's muscle weight because i think you'd be on the low end of body fat percentages. but maybe if you lost more fat you'd look even more ripped idk.

I see nothing to be critical about other than your choice of lighting ;). Still wanting to steal those biceps lol. Did your team place in the contest? I read that it’s super hard to even place at the top let alone win.

Hey princess D, Christy would like to borrow your crown for a bit. 😵😆 D is way to critical of himself. If I could eat like you two I could have 15 of these protein bars per day and die happy lol. Cause hubby would choke me for spending $15-20 a day on protein bars lol. I actually think I like them more than snickers or Milky Way. Almost as much as Pizza and friend eggs. Not together of course. *sigh* what I wouldn’t give to have 10% of those arm muscles and be able to eat like you two. I’m about halfway there on the calories haha. Will never be over 2k as I can’t build that much muscle and I’m a shrimp.

You could also eat this whole pint of Ben and Jerry's I just had. Caramel Cookie Fix is soo good.
