Second journal...looking back at meals today...protein powder in green tea...knees felt puffy shortly after...a trigger....

Usually have peanut butter sandwich for snack...today used pb2...knees didn’t feel puffy...another trigger...

Have day off today gives me time to think more about what’s triggering my inflammation...feels good to figure out what to try an avoid tomorrow to see if maybe I’ve found what’s causing it so much...

Did get out earlier and get a ten minute walk in..but was to warm to walk that far...lest I got off the couch...
