This is a very good read. Long, but bear with it. Talks about the nutrients that we need to keep our bodies working. Not to be confused with the big 3 macros that is the FS focus. It also discusses nutritional malnourishment from any WOE or way of life that excludes access to a variety of foods. In the US we have as many or more malnourishment issues than starvation issues. Malnourished is when the foods you eat have so little nutritional value that you begin to see diseases such as are seen in 3rd world countries.
