Well, I finally weighed in officially this morning so y'all can see why I have been bummed. I know I have made some bad choices--however, I also know that although I gained back nearly all that I lost I did not gain back the two pant sizes I lost! I know that the dramatic increase in exercise is causing muscle weight gain, so as long as I can stick with it I will come out the other side thinner AND lighter. And HEALTHIER.

Maybe it's the time of year or heat but seems like alot of my buddies are in the same boat. Myself included. So, ok, Time to get refocused! Time to remember why we're doing this in the first place.

Absolutely and yes, I'm seeing a lot of my buddies going through it too. This is why we are here and we can DO IT!
