Tonight's challenge: not eating any of those cheddar cheese biscuits at my MIL'S birthday celebration tonight. It is so much easier for me to have none than to try to eat one. I am really having to be extra disciplined since I have had to modify my workout due to my injured foot. I know I can do this!
