Well, yesterday was my 1st cheat day where I allowed myself to eat what I wanted. I still ate in moderation though. I am proud of that. This past week I have gained a few pounds back. I think it is mostly water weight though. I know that I will make my next goal soon. I have recently entered into a few challenges that will help me achieve this. I did notice that I am able to wrap a bath towel around me and it not only closes, it wraps around more. Great little incentive along the way that I wasn't expecting. Just got to keep chugging along and stay positive.
