Yesterday's Dr. visit went great, healing of the soft tissue is going well, so I am officially "back in the saddle" again.

I've also completed a few good test rides over the last five days; two mountain bike rides and two road bike rides, although it isn't as important than the body healing, thankfully my poor little road bike crash partner (Cervelo R3) survived in pretty good shape...

Very, very lucky and thankful..could have been so much worse.

Really looking forward to a campout next weekend in the mountains visiting our oldest daughter, then the following weekend participating in the two day (200 km) charity ride.
