Innsbruck on zwift...Good Friday morn...6.1 Miles..33.29 on time..262on elevation..a lot more then I’m use to yet...but a great workout to start the day..

Kept up an moving yesterday...after my zwift ride...cut grass..came back inside to rest about noon..the back out..trimmed a bush that..like the grass..regardless of how nice you talk to it..just keeps me in job security...still have a holly tree to trim down around the bottom where I go around when I cut grass..

Therapy once again today..

Since new central air an heat has been in...been thinking about calling service people up and telling them to bring old noises one back..can hear tv on lower setting...sometimes wonder why we tried to squeeze that last dollar out of other one..guess it was way we was brought up...

Well..almost 530am...time to fix breakfast..feed the tummy...and meditate...let the universe know how thankful I am ...
